Like all battery manufacturers, the warranties cover manufacturer defects only. They will not cover damage resulting from improper installation or failure to properly maintain your batteries. Some of the most common forms of this are broken posts from over-torquing, melted posts from loose connections, failure to maintain proper water levels, freezing resulting from failure to charge batteries in the winter and cause damage.
In the event that you have a warranty claim, contact us and we will make arrangements to have the battery inspected and replaced at the nearest distribution center.

I was able to save on shipping and pick up eight Trojan L16E-AC batteries in the same afternoon. I called at 1pm to verify they were able to be picked up locally. I was able to go to a convenient will call location in Fresno. I pulled up to the will call entrance and the batteries were staged and ready to be loaded. They were loaded in the back of my pickup by the warehouse staff within minutes of my arrival.
